Banana Bread Brownies Recipe

Ingredients:

1 ½ cups sugar

1 cup sour cream

2 eggs

3 well-mashed ripe bananas

2 cups all-purpose flour

1 tsp baking soda

¾ tsp salt

½ cup crushed walnuts

2 tsp vanilla essence

Topping:

3 cups icing sugar

3 tbsp milk

½ cup unsalted butter

1 ½ tsp vanilla essence

How to Make:

Preheat your oven to 375°F. Get a 9×13 baking dish and grease it.

Whisk sugar, sour cream, and butter till creamy.

Mix in eggs, then bananas and vanilla.

Separately, combine flour, baking soda, and salt. Add this gradually to your wet mix.

Mix in those walnuts.

Empty the mix into your dish, smoothing the surface.

Bake 25-30 mins. Check with a toothpick – it should come out clean. Let it cool.
