I must say that I do prefer the Jumbo Shrimp with this recipe. There are multiple types though, you could use regular if you cannot find Jumbo shrimp.

What type of Lemon butter should I use?
There really are so many types of Lemon butter available. They each have their own signature taste. I can say that you should choose a lemon butter with a lemon that is high in acidity. It makes the flavor of the Shrimp pop.

Can I use a different seasoning for the Baked Lemon Butter Shrimp?
Of course you can change it to your favorite seasoning. This could mean you switch to a Cajun Butter shrimp or a different type of citrus and butter.

What temperature should I cook the shrimp at?
When you want your shrimp to remain succulent and juicy, the temperature should be at least 425*. Be sure to baste the shrimp somewhat as you are baking the Lemon Butter Baked Shrimp.
How do you know when the Lemon Butter Baked Shrimp is done?
Using a food thermometer, the shrimp should be at 160* to be considered fully cooked. Any higher than that and the shrimp will likely be rubbery and tough.

Ingredients:
- Shrimp
- Butter
- Garlic
- Good Seasons Italian all-natural seasoning
- Lemon, sliced into circles
- Dried parsley leaves
- Black pepper
How to make Lemon Butter Baked Shrimp:
Step1: Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

Step 2. In a small bowl, mix the melted butter with minced garlic, and pour into a 9×111 inch glass casserole dish, spreading it all over the bottom of the dish.
Step 3. Arrange the lemon slices on top of the butter, forming a single layer.

Step 4. Arrange the cleaned and deveined shrimp on top of the lemon slices.

Step 5. Sprinkle the Italian Seasoning over the shrimp.

Step 6. Sprinkle the parsley flakes and pepper on top of that.

Step 7. Bake uncovered in the preheated oven for 15 minutes.
