1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/4 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
2 cups old-fashioned oats
1 cup smooth peanut butter
1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional)
1/4 cup chopped nuts (optional)
Additional toppings like shredded coconut or colorful sprinkles (optional)
